Rightful Roast is in the business of doing good for the people making the coffee and the people enjoying it. Our employees are not defined by their intellectual or physical differences; they are celebrated and empowered to Awaken the Awesome in us all.
The Rightful Roast mark was designed to celebrate differences—while it’s DNA is inherently the same in each iteration, there are multiple combinations and variations that are each unique in their own right. There is no right or wrong, only different.
Awaken the Awesome means to see the differences in others and celebrate what some may perceive as “not normal”.
